What counts as a location?
One physical site with its own team and its own menu. If you run two shops with the same menu, that is two locations. We keep it simple on purpose.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts when you accept your invite. You add a card when you decide to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your team can keep drilling for another seven days while you decide. Owner tools pause until you pick a plan. Nothing gets deleted.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Setup is you photographing your menu. We do not charge for that.
Can I switch between Solo and Shop?
Yes, any time. If your team grows past 20, move to Shop. If it shrinks, move back.
Which currency do you bill in?
Prices are in US dollars. Trainseed is built in Canada and works anywhere; your menu prices display in your own currency.
